A Dhaka location should be tested at the times you will actually use it. A quick daytime visit may hide the daily journey, waterlogging, noise or access conditions that shape life there.
Plan three visits
Visit once in morning travel time, once after dark and once after rain if possible. Record actual route time, road width, drop-off space, lighting, walking comfort and the condition of key junctions—not just the distance on a map.
Check the neighbourhood system
List essentials: schools, hospital/clinic, grocery, prayer/community facilities, parks, public transport and emergency access. Ask residents or nearby businesses about water, drainage, power, security and construction noise. Treat a single opinion as a clue, not proof.
Match the location to the household
Rank your priorities: short commute, quiet street, family support, investment horizon, accessible mobility or school route. A high-profile address may be wrong if it adds a daily burden your household cannot sustain.
Document the trade-offs
Create a simple scorecard with commute, access, services, environment, budget and future change. Explain the score to everyone involved before booking.

পরিবারের প্রয়োজনের সঙ্গে মিলান
কম যাতায়াত, শান্ত রাস্তা, পরিবার, ইনভেস্টমেন্ট, চলাচলের সুবিধা বা স্কুল রুট—কোনটি অগ্রাধিকার ঠিক করুন। নামী ঠিকানা হলেও যদি দৈনন্দিন চাপ বাড়ায়, তা সঠিক নাও হতে পারে।
